Manuscript Without Clarity

The author has submitted the manuscript and has gone through the review process, and the results of the review have been submitted by the editor to the author. However, there was no response from the author to correct the manuscript for more than 3 months, so the manuscript is still in active status in the online system Hikamia. Because of this, editors and reviewers have done work in vain (waste of energy and time).

For such authors, the author will be blacklisted for publication in Journal Hikamia. Even previously published manuscripts will be deleted in Journal Hikamia. In the blacklist, the author's full name, email of all authors, and the author's affiliation will be written.
